Yobe Youths Rally Support For Maigari As Future Governorship Candidate

In a spirited display of unity, concerned youths from all 17 Local Government Areas of Yobe State have come together to express their unwavering support for Hon. Jibrin Maigari, the current Federal Commissioner representing the state at the Federal Character Commission. The announcement was made during a gathering led by the youth group's spokesperson, Hon. Musa Saleh Jaba. Hon. Jaba stated emphatically that Hon. Maigari is well-suited for the governorship race in 2027, aiming to succeed the outgoing Governor Mai Mala Buni. He praised Maigari's character, describing him as a "gentleman per excellence" with the necessary qualifications to lead the state towards a prosperous future. Highlighting Maigari's experience as a former minister, Jaba noted, "His wealth of experience will be pivotal in advancing Yobe State." The youth group went further to assert that Maigari stands out as the best candidate among his peers. The group assured that they would continue their mobilization efforts to ensure Hon.
