Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere on March 24, 2026, only on Disney+ in most regions. The first episode of the second season will drop at 9 PM ET / 6 PM PT. If you are not in the United States and want to catch the new season as soon as it drops, here are the global release timings for your reference! Unlike the binge-style Netflix era, Marvel seems to be sticking with weekly episode releases for the upcoming season. So, all episodes will drop at the same time on their respective dates. But since release times may vary by region, make sure to check your Disney+ app regularly ahead of release. Moreover, since it is a Disney+ exclusive, it will only premiere on the platform. If you do not have an active subscription, make sure to get one before its scheduled release. Daredevil: Born Again Season 2: Episode Release Schedule While there were rumors that Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 will premiere with a two-episode drop, this has not been officially confirmed by Marvel. The upcoming season will consist of eight episodes. Although Marvel or Disney+ has not specified or released the official episode release schedule, new episodes are expected to drop weekly. Here is the full expected release schedule: * Episode 1: March 24, 2026 * Episode 2: March 31, 2026 * Episode 3: April 7, 2026 * Episode 4: April 14, 2026 * Episode 5: April 21, 2026 * Episode 6: April 28, 2026 * Episode 7: May 5, 2026 * Episode 8: May 12, 2026 While some fans might not appreciate the weekly release format, for a show as layered and emotional as this, it seems like the right call. Fans can either watch it as the episodes drop or binge-watch it in one go once the full season is released. What is Daredevil: Born Again Season 2 About? Season 2 of the show picks up right after the events of the first season. Vincent D'Onofrio's Wilson Fisk, aka Kingpin, has now consolidated his power as Mayor, using legal systems and force to wage war against vigilantes while imposing martial law in New York. Matt Murdock can no longer operate openly, and instead, he has been forced to go underground, rebuilding alliances and leading what is essentially a resistance movement against Kingpin. By the end of the first season, Matt and his allies discovered that Kingpin had set up his independent nation at the Red Hook docks, complete with a prison filled with people he detests (via TV Guide). While the Punisher is not guaranteed to return, we will get to see Krysten Ritter as Jessica Jones, and possibly Luke Cage and Danny Rand joining Matt. Several of the recurring characters from the first season will return, including Deborah Ann Woll as Karen Page, Ayelet Zurer as Vanessa Fisk, Wilson Bethel as Benjamin "Dex" Poindexter, and Elden Henson as Franklin "Foggy" Nelson, potentially in a flashback after being killed in the first season. Now, the stakes are higher for Daredevil as he not only has to fight Fisk's Anti-Vigilante Task Force, which has turned New York into hostile territory, but also deal with the political repercussions, given how the upcoming season's arc leans heavily into such themes. Given the stakes, Born Again Season 2 doesn't just feel like a continuation but serves as a more grounded foundation for Marvel's street-level future. While Season 1 was about reintroducing Matt Murdock to the MCU, Season 2 looks like it is about redefining what justice even means in that world. What do you think? Let us know in the comments below.
