UBS Financial Services has hired a trio of financial advisors in Tyler, Texas, who oversaw $375 million in assets under management while affiliating with Morgan Stanley. UBS also announced that advisor Tim Coughlin of Paramus, N.J., joined the firm from JPMorgan. Operating as the RoseWest Group, the advisors, Alan Cumming, Les Loggins, and Grant Wheat, generated $2.4 million in revenue over the past 12 months, UBS said in a news release. The advisors joined UBS earlier this month, along with a support team comprised of senior client service associate Melanie Vance and service associate Gabby Manziel. Cumming has been in the financial services business for more than 20 years, experienced in working with retail, institutional and asset management clients, according to the release. He spent 16 years at Morgan Stanley, as did Loggins, a 28-year industry veteran. The most junior of the team, Wheat has been in the business for eight years, the last six at Morgan Stanley. Coughlin spent two decades at JPMorgan, according to UBS, which didn't disclose the advisor's client assets. Starting out as a bond trader on Wall Street, the advisor has been in the business 29 years, guiding individuals, families, and business owners, according to UBS and BrokerCheck.
