ACB Files Chargesheet in Formula E Case; KTR Named A1 Over ₹55 Crore Irregularities

Hyderabad: In a crucial turning point in the Hyderabad Formula E car race controversy, the Anti-Corruption Bureau (ACB) has officially filed a chargesheet. The investigative agency has named former minister K.T. Rama Rao (KTR) as Accused No. 1 (A1) in the case. The chargesheet also lists senior IAS officer Arvind Kumar as A2, former Hyderabad Metropolitan Development Authority (HMDA) Chief Engineer BLN Reddy as A3, and sports consultant Kiran Malleswara Rao as A4. Additionally, Formula E Operations (FEO), a UK-based organization, has been named as A5. According to the ACB's findings detailed in the chargesheet, ₹55 crore was illegally diverted to the foreign entity in strict violation of established rules and procedures.
